Read alongside the other website drafts. None replaces the terms for a paid programme or event.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small pieces of information a website can store on your device. They may be sent back with later requests. Local storage is a separate browser facility that stores information for a website without automatically attaching it to every request. Both can fall within rules on storing or accessing information on a device.
This draft describes the application features currently in use. B Magnetic Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 15735546, is the website operator. Questions can be sent to
bianca@bmagnetic111.com.
Before publication: the required company address disclosure must be resolved and approved. No postal address is included in this draft. For questions, please use
bianca@bmagnetic111.com.
Hosting audit outstanding: cookies and storage used by the deployed Replit hosting infrastructure have not been fully audited. This draft is not a claim that the whole website uses no cookies. The inventory must be completed before final approval.
The motion preference
The application writes one known local storage entry only after you explicitly use the motion toggle, such as “Pause motion” or “Play motion”. Before you choose, the site uses your device’s reduced motion preference without saving that choice to local storage.
Known application storage: bm-motion
bm-motion, local storage, not a cookie.
Remembers the motion setting you request. It is a preference, not a tracking ID, and is not used by the application to identify you or profile your visits.
The B Magnetic website application. The entry is kept in your browser for this website’s origin, not sent as a cookie.
No automatic expiry. It persists until you delete it, your browser clears it, or a later explicit toggle replaces its value.
Clear this website’s site data or local storage in your browser settings. You can also change the value by using the motion toggle. Clearing data removes the saved preference, so the system preference is used again until you choose.
This entry supports the particular functionality you request through the toggle. This explanation does not classify all preference cookies or storage as exempt from consent. The owner should confirm the legal assessment for this limited use alongside the complete storage inventory.
If your browser blocks local storage, the toggle still changes motion for the current session, but the choice may not be remembered.
Hosting, fonts and external services
Replit serves the site, including its own media files. Hosting infrastructure may use cookies, storage or request logs. The deployed behaviour and any provider storage names, purposes and durations still need verification.
The website requests the Inter font from Google Fonts. Those external requests can disclose IP address, browser information and request data to Google. A font request is not itself proof that a cookie is set; any associated storage must be checked rather than assumed absent. See the
Privacy policy draft for personal information and supplier review notes.
Consultation booking opens Cal.com as an external website. The Google Drive brochure, social profiles and media resources also open external services when clicked. They may use their own cookies and storage under their own policies. There are no active third party embeds in this application.
Analytics, marketing and future consent
No advertising or analytics scripts are currently active in the website application. MailerLite is deferred and there is no live newsletter subscription form.
These application observations do not cover every behaviour of the published host. The hosting audit must be completed before the owner makes final cookie statements.
No consent banner or acceptance control is presented as if it manages technologies that are not installed. Before introducing technology, the owner must assess the storage and access rules, including any applicable statutory exception, and update this notice. Obtain consent before use wherever legally required. Not every technology described as nonessential is automatically subject to the same consent rule.
Where consent is required, visitors must be able to reject it and withdraw it as easily as they give it. Continued browsing is not to be treated as consent. The final ICO guidance dated 29 April 2026 should inform the assessment, including any conditions attached to an exception.
Your controls and policy changes
Your browser settings normally let you view or delete cookies, clear site data and restrict storage. The exact steps depend on the browser. Clearing all site data can remove preferences and affect functionality on the sites concerned. Blocking cookies alone may not clear local storage, so check the site data controls as well.
The footer motion toggle changes the motion preference, not consent for advertising, analytics or external providers. To remove the saved choice altogether, delete this site’s local storage through your browser settings.
Owner review before launch
This draft is not legal advice or a certification of compliance. It has not been approved for publication. The owner should check it against actual operations and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.
- Resolve the required company address disclosure and approve an appropriate registered office before publication.
- Google is the confirmed email provider. Confirm the specific Google service, account type and contractual arrangements, along with the roles and arrangements of all other suppliers.
- Approve the actual email, booking and hosting log retention schedule, including deletion arrangements.
- Verify international processing locations, onward transfers and any required safeguards.
- Audit cookies and storage on the deployed Replit website, including hosting infrastructure, and complete the inventory.
- Keep any future newsletter consent and service supply terms separate. MailerLite is deferred, not an active integration.
