These terms concern website use only. They are not the contract for a paid mentoring programme, event or other service, and do not set prices, refunds, programme cancellation rules or enrolment eligibility. This version is marked for owner review and has not been approved for publication.
Information, enquiries and consultations
The website introduces Bianca’s work, offers public resources and provides routes to ask questions or arrange a free consultation. We aim to describe the current position clearly, but information may need correction or updating. Confirm details that matter to your decision directly with Bianca before committing to a service.
An email link opens a draft in your own email app and sends nothing until you choose to send it. The consultation link opens Bianca’s external Cal.com calendar. A consultation or enquiry is not enrolment in a programme, a newsletter subscription or a payment.
There is no on site account, checkout or live subscription form. MailerLite is deferred. If services are offered for purchase later, separate supply terms, the relevant service details and any applicable statutory cancellation information must be provided before a contract is made. These website terms do not replace that information or alter an existing service contract.
Mentoring boundaries and your decisions
B Magnetic describes business mentoring and spiritual exploration. Spiritual language reflects Bianca’s own framework, not an accredited medical method or a scientifically established effect. Website content and spiritual mentoring are not therapy, healthcare, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice or financial advice.
No business, income, health or personal outcome is promised. Use your own judgement and obtain appropriately qualified professional advice when needed. Do not stop existing professional support because of website content or spiritual interpretation.
You remain free to decide whether an approach or service is suitable for you. Read the boundaries and support information for further context. This explanation does not remove any legal duties that apply to services actually supplied.
Acceptable website use
Please use this website lawfully and with respect for other people’s rights. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website, hosting systems or other people’s information.
- Introduce malicious code, deliberately disrupt the site or interfere with its security.
- Use the contact routes for harassment, unlawful messages, impersonation or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Misrepresent a connection with B Magnetic or present its material as your own.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the site from misuse, including restricting abusive access or reporting unlawful activity where appropriate. Any action should respect applicable law and your legal rights.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, design and media belong to B Magnetic or their respective owners, or are used under licence. Linking to an external resource does not transfer ownership of it to us or to you.

Keep ownership notices and attribution intact. External links and personal information
The calendar, Google Drive brochure, social profiles and linked resources are external services. Their availability, content, booking steps and privacy practices are controlled by their providers. Review their own terms and notices when using them. A link is not a promise about every statement or service on that platform.

Availability and security
We aim to make the website reasonably available, readable and secure. Maintenance, technical faults or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every error or security risk will be prevented.
We should use reasonable care when maintaining the website and correcting known problems. You should also take sensible precautions, such as keeping your browser and device security up to date. If you notice an error, suspicious link or accessibility issue, please email Bianca so it can be investigated.
Liability and your statutory rights

Your statutory consumer rights are preserved. These terms do not remove any rights to remedies or reasonable care and skill that apply by law. They are not a blanket waiver of liability for website use or services.
Responsibility for a loss must be considered under the applicable law and the circumstances, including any duty owed, breach, causation and whether the loss was reasonably foreseeable. The absence of a promised mentoring outcome does not remove responsibility for an otherwise actionable failure. Any service specific provisions need separate review in the applicable supply contract.

Governing law and courts

- Google is the confirmed email provider. Confirm the specific Google service, account type and contractual arrangements, along with the roles and arrangements of all other suppliers.
- Approve the actual email, booking and hosting log retention schedule, including deletion arrangements.
- Verify international processing locations, onward transfers and any required safeguards.
- Audit cookies and storage on the deployed Replit website, including hosting infrastructure, and complete the inventory.
- Keep any future newsletter consent and service supply terms separate. MailerLite is deferred, not an active integration.
